Default pricing
Applied to every product unless a category or product rule below overrides it.
Category markup
Give a whole category its own markup. Overrides the default for products in it.
Per-product prices
Set a fixed price or a specific markup for one SKU. Highest priority. Add these from the Products tab too.
Scan store for existing products
Compares this dashboard with your Shopify store, by SKU. Never creates or deletes anything in Shopify.
- Found in Shopify, not linked here: linked and selected, so Sync keeps its price & stock up to date.
- Deleted from Shopify: unlinked and deselected, so Sync stops failing on it and Import won't re-create it. Select it again to bring it back.
- Re-created in Shopify (same SKU, new product): the link is updated.
Import & update selected products
Of your 0 selected products, 0 aren't in Shopify yet and 0 already are.
With images, description, price, cost and stock, as set in Settings.
Only the ticked fields are changed. Images, variants, SEO and the published status are never touched. Specs, manuals and videos are on the Enrichment page.
⚠ Title and description replace any text you edited in Shopify for these products.
Sync price & stock
Pushes current price and stock from the supplier feed to Shopify, for the 0 selected products that are already imported. Only changed values are sent.
Run automatically
Keep prices and stock current by running the headless sync on a schedule. On your server, add this line with crontab -e (every 6 hours). Each run is logged in logs/auto_sync.log and shown on Overview.

Add specs, manuals & videos
Fills the metafields below on products that are already in Shopify, from the Aosom feed. Titles, descriptions, images, price and stock are never changed. Press Preview first: it shows what would change and writes nothing.
Where each value goes
Pick the Shopify metafield for each value, or switch it off. Load from Shopify lists the metafields your store already has.

Feeds used by import and the price & stock sync. Tab- and comma-separated files are both detected automatically.
⚠ Changing these changes what the sync pushes. Aosom's combined CSV feed includes an RRP column, so pointing the sync at it switches "Supplier RRP" pricing on and adds compare-at prices across the catalogue. Test on a copy first.
Other suppliers
Add another company's CSV or TSV feed. Its products appear under Products and use the same pricing, import and sync.
Add supplier
Paste the feed URL and press Test feed. Columns are matched automatically from the header; check them, fix any that are wrong, then save.
